WISEAGENT is Now Our #1 Agent CRM Choice
July 18th 2023 UPDATE:
Choosing the Right CRM for Real Estate Agents.
This is the Step that is often overlooked. As if it were a side-thought.
The REALITY is this: Why Generate Traffic and Not Capture, Nurture and Convert it like a Pro?
So this article will be a bit shorter than others in the 9 Part Series, but it will be thorough and give you everything you need to make an informed decision. Of course I will still give you my "2 Cents" on the subject. So let's dig in to Agent CRM Selection. The HUB of your Online Marketing System.
Your CRM (Customer Relationship Manager):
The Acronym should REALLY BE this: CASH
CLIENT ACQUISITION SOFTWARE HUB:
But we will stick with CRM since it is the INDUSTRY Standard Term.
Choosing the right CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is crucial for real estate agents as it can help streamline their workflows, manage leads and clients, and ultimately boost their sales. Here are some factors to consider when choosing a CRM for real estate agents:
- User-friendly interface: A user-friendly interface is important for agents who may not be tech-savvy. Look for a CRM that is easy to use and navigate.
- Integration with other tools: A CRM that integrates with other tools such as email, calendar, and social media can help agents stay organized and efficient.
- Lead and client management: A good CRM should allow agents to manage leads and clients effectively, from tracking lead sources to assigning tasks and follow-ups.
- Customization: Look for a CRM that allows customization to suit the unique needs of your real estate business.
- Mobile accessibility: A mobile-friendly CRM allows agents to access important data and tasks on the go, making their work more flexible.
- Marketing automation: A CRM that offers marketing automation features such as email campaigns and social media management can help agents stay top-of-mind with their clients and prospects.
- Reporting and analytics: A CRM that provides useful insights and analytics can help agents make data-driven decisions and track their performance.
- Customer support: Look for a CRM with excellent customer support to ensure that any issues or questions can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
Some popular CRM options for real estate agents include WiseAgent, Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Top Producer and Hubspot.
There are many others but I am only going to touch on the ones that I feel are LEGIT Contenders for your Online Presence and Marketing System.

I did not forget HubSpot, I chose to omit it due to it's lack of customization for Real Estate Agents. No reason to confuse my readers.
Although LionDesk, FollowUpBoss, and TopProducer are all CRM software designed for real estate agents, they have some differences in terms of features, pricing, and user interface. Here are some of the key differences between the three:
Lead management: All three CRMs allow agents to capture and manage leads from various sources. However, FollowUpBoss and TopProducer provide more advanced lead management tools such as lead scoring, custom fields, and lead routing options.
Client management: All three CRMs offer tools for tracking client information, communication history, and transaction details. However, TopProducer provides more advanced contact management features such as mass email campaigns, contact segmentation, and marketing automation.
Automated workflows: All three CRMs offer automated workflows, but the level of automation and customization varies. FollowUpBoss provides the most flexibility in creating custom workflows, while TopProducer offers the most pre-built templates for common workflows.
Integrations: All three CRMs integrate with popular real estate tools such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and other MLS platforms. However, TopProducer offers more integrations with third-party apps such as BombBomb and Market Snapshot.
Mobile app: All three CRMs provide a mobile app, but the user interface and functionality vary. LionDesk provides the most user-friendly mobile app, while FollowUpBoss offers the most comprehensive features on its mobile app.
Pricing: The pricing for all three CRMs is relatively similar, with monthly subscription fees ranging from $25-$50 per user. However, TopProducer has more pricing tiers and offers additional features such as automated marketing and website design at higher price points.
Customer support: All three CRMs offer customer support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. However, TopProducer provides the most comprehensive support resources such as training videos, webinars, and a dedicated customer success team.
The ONE Differentiator here is with TopProducer. It is the MOST Expensive of the 3 on average, but the platform does have an ADD-ON that is Super Interesting.
Smart real estate farming powered by AI
I will let you dig into this on your own. But it is something that I would like to put to use in my own Agent Marketing practice. (I will provide updates on this in the future)
In summary, each CRM has its own strengths and weaknesses, and it ultimately comes down to the specific needs and preferences of the real estate agent or team. Agents should consider their budget, desired features, and ease of use when choosing between LionDesk, FollowUpBoss, and TopProducer.
