  • The 10 Key Messaging Points: 5 for Sellers and 5 for Buyers. These messaging points should be HOT Search Topics for each Category.
  • Focus on Google Business Profile Posts, and then repurpose content for Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter (with Modifications) and then YouTube. We have an entire process we use for YouTube. Super Powerful, but beyond the scope fo this article.

The 10 Key Messaging Points should be SET UP as Evergreen Content that is being Auto-Posted repetitively over a month, quarter basis.

I would schedule the Property Listing Posts once they are repurposed for Facebook & Instagram.
